Compatible with Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN) level 1 proposal- PANTHER Pathway 2.2 is now supported by the new version of PANTHER Pathway Applet (version 3.0), which is compatible with the newly released CellDesigner 4.0 and SBGN level 1 proposal.

Release of Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN) first specification
- We are pleased to announce the release of the first specification for Process Diagrams of the SBGN. The goal of SBGN is to standardize the graphical representation of essential biochemical and cellular processes. Standardizing graphical notations for describing biological interactions is an important step towards the efficient communication of biological knowledge between different communities. More information on SBGN and SBGN Process Diagram Level 1 can be found on the SBGN website.
